Warm and comfortable during early morning dog walks in snowy Ontario. Doesn’t retain smell, which is huge for multi-day use. Slight pilling after a few washes, but overall performance makes up for it.

As someone who hates scratchy wool, I was skeptical — but Smartwool blew me away. This top is buttery soft and regulates temperature like magic. Whether I'm snowshoeing or just running errands, it handles all my needs. Perfect solution for [痛点3]: sensitive skin that still wants high-performance gear.

After struggling with overheating and chafing from synthetic base layers, this Smartwool top fixed everything. Soft, breathable, and regulates temperature perfectly. Now I can focus on my ski patrol duties without adjusting clothes every 20 minutes.

Good warmth and fits true to size. No itching and feels high quality. However, took longer than expected to air dry after washing. Not ideal if you need to reuse quickly within two days.

Perfect solution for someone who runs hot and cold during winter trail running. Stays warm when it's freezing but never made me feel sweaty or restricted. Breathability is excellent, and the crew neck adds extra wind protection.

Works well, no complaints. Warm, breathable, and fits true to size. It’s good for layering, though a bit pricey. Gets the job done for [痛点2]: staying dry during light activity. Worth it if you’re active outdoors.

This top replaced three cheaper thermals I used to rotate through. After one season of daily wear in sub-zero conditions, it still looks and feels brand new. Merino really does resist odor—I wore it five days straight during a camping trip and didn’t stink.

I have always hated thermals because they itch or make me overheat, but Smartwool fixed that problem completely. This top regulates temperature so well, I wear it cross-country skiing or just walking the dog in freezing weather. Moisture-wicking is impressive, and no stink even after hours outside. Solved my [痛点1]: staying dry and warm without irritation. Worth every penny.

Nice material and good stitching. Took it on a backpacking trip and stayed dry even with heavy movement. Only wish it came in longer torso lengths—I’m tall and it rides up slightly when bending over.

As someone who hates scratchy wool, I was skeptical—but this is so soft! No irritation at all, even after hours of wear. It addressed my biggest pain point: needing warmth without discomfort. Now I wear it for everything from errands to snowshoeing. Will definitely buy another one.

I’ve had the Zamberlan 309’s for a month now and have put about 75 km on them. They fit great right out of the box but have been getting even more comfortable every time I hike. I like the lacing system and the ability to adjust the tightness in different parts of the boot. Although they’re fairly new they are definitely waterproof and have good grip. Hopefully they hold up over time.

One of the best all around boots you can buy. Good for 2 hour hikes or 4 day backpacking trips. Not too stiff, but lots of support.

Très confortable. Ok sous la pluie. Belles couleurs.

I bought these last month at the tail end of winter. I am 5 ft 7 woman approx 160 lbs. They are a great size and weight for me. I wanted a pair that would be easy to strap on as I have arthritis in my knee. The harness is easily adjustable. The back strap is a little fiddly to connect the hole into the spike and to insert the extra strap into the holder. However that is minor and after a few tries I got the hang of it. Only reason for the 4 instead of stars. Great product and I look forward to many years of use.

Sturdy, waterproof, hiking sneaker. Feels like you are floating as you walk.

My wife and I traveled for two months last winter. These were the only shoes/sandals I brought, and they served me well through some of the harshest conditions including the desert outback in Australia, the rain in New Zealand, and several encounters with saltwater... They are the perfect everything sandal/shoe for hot, warm, and moderate climates. When we were traveling, we did lots of walking, hiking, beaching, etc. These sandals were up to the challenge of a good hike, or just recreational walking around town. While they are comfortable and breathe well, They don't easily dry while being worn, and because of the toe cap/footbed design, have a tendency to sometimes trap pebbles or sand, requiring that your remove them to shake it out. Also, after time, they really started to stink and required a through cleaning/bleaching which is strange for me because none of my other shoes ever stink. Overall, an excellent comfortable everything sandal/shoe with a few very minor flaws.

I bought this during the MEC sale. I wear a size 6 women boots and the size small fits my boots. I can't compare to size XS which is what is recommended for my boot size as they didn't have it in the store but my size small works and fits me well so no complaints here. Haven't used it for that long so I can't talk about the longevity but I did use them for winter hiking and they are 100% waterproof and the velcro still works!

l love these gaiters. They kept my feet dry in 3 days of continuous rain. I find them easy to adjust and don't budge or slide down as I am a small human. I recommend them to all my friends who want quality gaiters for a modest dollar amount. Would love to see more colours in the future!

Love them! Super comfortable, lots of support, great treads.

Vert comfortable right out of the box, excited to see how the soles hold up

I am in my 3rd year of wearing Keen boots and will not buy another brand period. They have always had a great fit and no break period. I wear them everyday at work and for pleasure.

Had these a short time but so far they seem pretty nice. Good quality and comfortable. My previous Targhee III’s were splitting at several seems, but these are reputed to be less prone to this.

I bought my first pair back in 2006 and last year replaced them with new version. Materials are high quality and very durable. We wear them 3 seasons fall/winter/spring when they are needed. Definitely happy with them. Follow sizing chart which works well for me.

Soulier comfortable, moule bien le pied. Resistant

I recently bought a pair of these from MEC and have not yet tested them in the field, but I love their hand-made Italian construction and strength, their good Vibram soles, and their general feel and good quality. They fit well, feel supportive enough for most hiking, and are a very good price. Unusually, the tongues in these boots have no seams, but are directly part of the outer boot leather, which is a bonus to not have leaking tongue seams as in most boots, and it's a sign of high-quality design and manufacturing. Zamberlan have been making boots since 1929, almost 100 years. I love these boots.
-
Loved the Targhee III's, they did start to crack after countless miles and several years of abuse, the IV's have addressed this while keeping the same comfort. I was able to take them out of the box and hike a rough 10 mile hoke with np break in.

These boots have been great. Only this one small issue with one pair. Keen was great to work with in resolving this issue.
