Detail
No one wants to waste time being lost, not when there are vistas to be had. The latest addition to Garminâs eTrex line helps you make the most out of your time outside. Improved antenna technology gives you the strongest GPS signal the eTrex has ever seen. Multi-GNSS signal reception allows more simultaneous satellite connections and gives the eTrex SE more satellites to choose from. More satellites for the GPS, means a stronger signal for you, a real plus when under heavy tree cover or in other challenging terrain. Improved battery life is another huge plus for the SE. Previous eTrex GPS would run for about 25 hours, the SE offers nearly 7x that in regular mode, and 72x that in expedition mode. Connectivity has made it to the eTrex line in a big way. When paired with your phone or tablet running the free Garmin Explore app, you can plan trips, access topographical maps, create waypoints and routes, then sync it all to your GPS. Your phoneâs connection also gives you access to active weather information. Detailed weather forecasts for your location, a specific waypoint, or a GPS coordinate, as well as real-time radar tracking, help you to stay one step ahead of bad weather. Your phone will even send alerts, notifications, and more, helping you stay as connected (or disconnected) as you want to beu003c/p>
- Multi-GNSS signal reception supports: GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo satellite constellations, providing a faster and more accurate positioning and elevation data
- Garmin Explore⢠website and app let you sync routes, tracks and waypoints to your device. You can download map data to your phone, use your phone to plan routes and tracks, and then send those plans to your GPS, all without cell reception
- Breadcrumb trails track your trek, navigate you to a saved location or entered coordinate (there are no maps for routing), or navigate you on the trail you took back to where you started
- Geocaching Live uses the connection to your phone to provide live cache updates, cache descriptions, logs, and can even provide hints for those times you know youâre close and just need a little help
- Active weather provides real-time radar tracking (via a connected phone running Garmin Explore)
- Compass helps keep you headed in the right direction, even when youâre standing still
- Rugged housing is IPX7 water-resistant, dustproof and has an easy-to-read display
- 2 AA batteries run for 7 days in regular mode, or 3 months in expedition mode (less frequent GPS check-ins). And, as the AA is the worldâs most common battery it is simple to keep your GPS up and running nearly anywhere
- Improved display provides sharper contrast, making it easy to read in all conditions
- USB-C connectivity

I’ve had the Zamberlan 309’s for a month now and have put about 75 km on them. They fit great right out of the box but have been getting even more comfortable every time I hike. I like the lacing system and the ability to adjust the tightness in different parts of the boot. Although they’re fairly new they are definitely waterproof and have good grip. Hopefully they hold up over time.

One of the best all around boots you can buy. Good for 2 hour hikes or 4 day backpacking trips. Not too stiff, but lots of support.
-
Très confortable. Ok sous la pluie. Belles couleurs.

I bought these last month at the tail end of winter. I am 5 ft 7 woman approx 160 lbs. They are a great size and weight for me. I wanted a pair that would be easy to strap on as I have arthritis in my knee. The harness is easily adjustable. The back strap is a little fiddly to connect the hole into the spike and to insert the extra strap into the holder. However that is minor and after a few tries I got the hang of it. Only reason for the 4 instead of stars. Great product and I look forward to many years of use.

Sturdy, waterproof, hiking sneaker. Feels like you are floating as you walk.

My wife and I traveled for two months last winter. These were the only shoes/sandals I brought, and they served me well through some of the harshest conditions including the desert outback in Australia, the rain in New Zealand, and several encounters with saltwater... They are the perfect everything sandal/shoe for hot, warm, and moderate climates. When we were traveling, we did lots of walking, hiking, beaching, etc. These sandals were up to the challenge of a good hike, or just recreational walking around town. While they are comfortable and breathe well, They don't easily dry while being worn, and because of the toe cap/footbed design, have a tendency to sometimes trap pebbles or sand, requiring that your remove them to shake it out. Also, after time, they really started to stink and required a through cleaning/bleaching which is strange for me because none of my other shoes ever stink. Overall, an excellent comfortable everything sandal/shoe with a few very minor flaws.

I bought this during the MEC sale. I wear a size 6 women boots and the size small fits my boots. I can't compare to size XS which is what is recommended for my boot size as they didn't have it in the store but my size small works and fits me well so no complaints here. Haven't used it for that long so I can't talk about the longevity but I did use them for winter hiking and they are 100% waterproof and the velcro still works!

l love these gaiters. They kept my feet dry in 3 days of continuous rain. I find them easy to adjust and don't budge or slide down as I am a small human. I recommend them to all my friends who want quality gaiters for a modest dollar amount. Would love to see more colours in the future!
-
Love them! Super comfortable, lots of support, great treads.
-
Vert comfortable right out of the box, excited to see how the soles hold up

I am in my 3rd year of wearing Keen boots and will not buy another brand period. They have always had a great fit and no break period. I wear them everyday at work and for pleasure.
-
Had these a short time but so far they seem pretty nice. Good quality and comfortable. My previous Targhee III’s were splitting at several seems, but these are reputed to be less prone to this.
-
I bought my first pair back in 2006 and last year replaced them with new version. Materials are high quality and very durable. We wear them 3 seasons fall/winter/spring when they are needed. Definitely happy with them. Follow sizing chart which works well for me.

These shoes are very comfortable! So happy with them!!

Soulier comfortable, moule bien le pied. Resistant

I recently bought a pair of these from MEC and have not yet tested them in the field, but I love their hand-made Italian construction and strength, their good Vibram soles, and their general feel and good quality. They fit well, feel supportive enough for most hiking, and are a very good price. Unusually, the tongues in these boots have no seams, but are directly part of the outer boot leather, which is a bonus to not have leaking tongue seams as in most boots, and it's a sign of high-quality design and manufacturing. Zamberlan have been making boots since 1929, almost 100 years. I love these boots.
-
Loved the Targhee III's, they did start to crack after countless miles and several years of abuse, the IV's have addressed this while keeping the same comfort. I was able to take them out of the box and hike a rough 10 mile hoke with np break in.

Bought these for a trip to Yellowstone and Glacier National payl for light, waterproof hiking needs. Very comfortable through miles of walking and hiking.

These boots have been great. Only this one small issue with one pair. Keen was great to work with in resolving this issue.
